The Elder Scrolls: Tamriel real

Typically found in 1d4 pots inside a fine wooden box with a brush (1 lb. total), these pigments let you create real, nonmagical objects by painting them in 2D. Each pot covers 1,000 sq. ft., forming up to 10,000 cu. ft. of inanimate objects or terrain. Painting takes 10 minutes per 100 sq. ft. Created items can't exceed 25 gp in value—more valuable items look real but are worthless. Energy forms like fire or lightning vanish harmlessly when finished.
