This deceptive potion mimics the appearance, smell, and taste of a healing or beneficial potion but is actually poison masked by illusion magic. An identify spell reveals its true nature. If you drink it, you take 3d6 poison damage and must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, you are poisoned. While poisoned, you take 3d6 poison damage at the start of each turn. At the end of each turn, repeat the save—on a success, the damage is reduced by 1d6.
