The Elder Scrolls: Tamriel real

This dark robe, embroidered with stars, grants a +1 bonus to saving throws. It has six large stars on the front. As an action, you can remove one to cast magic missile at 5th level. At dusk, 1d6 stars return. While wearing the robe, you can use an action to enter the Astral Plane with all your gear, remaining there until you use another action to return to your last space (or the nearest unoccupied space if it's occupied).
