Description
Relictus is a resilient city that has resisted the ravages of The Ending, standing proud across the Bay of Stakes in the western region of Latys. Despite a history steeped in tragedy and manipulation, the city thrives under the rule of King Tarquin Rex, supported by the powerful Shackled Church.
