backstory
Born into a noble family, Tarquin became king after the murder of his family by senators. He executed the senators, staking them in the Bay of Stakes. He has since united the remnants of his city, Relictus, and has since worked tirelessly to restore its former glory, often leading his legions into battle against those who threaten his rule.
