Description
The Skeggan Docks are infamous for being the staging grounds for raids against neighboring coastal towns. Gangs of seafaring marauders gather here, preparing their ships and plotting their next attacks amidst the constant sounds of clanging metal and shouting voices. The air smells of salt and smoke, filled with an undercurrent of tension and excitement as an ever-watchful eye keeps track of the harbor.
