Description
The Staging Ground is a bustling harbor in the city of Lentasect, where pirates gather to set sail on daring adventures. Two notorious pirate gangs, The Scarred and Lyco’s Lictors, have their headquarters here, each vying for control over the chaotic maritime underworld.
