Valra is cold, calculating, and power-hungry. She commands respect through both fear and charisma, and she has a knack for manipulating people to get what she wants. While she may appear calm and composed on the outside, there is a constant inner drive to ascend in power, regardless of the costs. She believes that the strong should rule, and the weak should bend to their will. Her loyalty lies only with those who can further her ambitions, and she holds grudges that last a lifetime. Though her methods may be cruel, she is not a mindless villain; Valra is incredibly strategic and patient, often biding her time before making a decisive move.

Valra was born into a family of minor nobility who were never able to achieve their full potential. In her youth, she was discarded by her family after an incident involving forbidden arcane practices. Seeking power, Valra entered into a pact with a fiendish entity, gaining both magic and a promise of vengeance against those who wronged her. Her rise to power was ruthless, and she became captain of The Infernal Requiem, a notorious airship known for its ruthless tactics in gathering wealth. Operating out of Levithal, Valra often uses her ship to transport dangerous artifacts and make clandestine deals with dark powers. Though she serves her own agenda, she follows the laws and expectations of Levithal—so long as they align with her goals.
