Tala is a sleek, grey-coated wolf with a lithe frame built for stealth and speed. Her fur is mottled with silver and ash tones, blending seamlessly with the forest shadows. Her sharp amber eyes are alert and intelligent, often scanning the surroundings while staying at Arannis’s side. A small notch in her right ear hints at a past skirmish. Though quiet, her presence carries an aura of watchfulness and deep loyalty.

Tala is observant, calm, and deeply attuned to Arannis’s moods. She is wary of strangers, often keeping her distance or circling quietly until trust is earned. She rarely makes a sound unless danger is near, and prefers to communicate through body language and soft growls or nudges. Her protective instincts are strong, but she will not attack without reason, instead relying on stealth and presence to deter threats.

Tala was found by Arannis as an abandoned cub, her pack likely driven away or destroyed by unnatural threats in the Mist Woods. Rather than leaving her to the wilds, Arannis raised her himself, and over time, a silent, inseparable bond formed between them. She now patrols the forest beside him, her instincts and senses perfectly in tune with his. Though she’s not a trained mount or war beast, her awareness, subtlety, and intelligence make her an invaluable partner in the woods.
