Echoed Torment

A creature hearing its own voice from the darkness must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 13) or take 3d8 psychic damage and become disoriented. On success the creature takes half damage and resists disoriented.

Lingering Fear

When attacking, the echolurker emits a wail that forces creatures to relive past fears, causing disadvantage on their next attack.
