Elven Deathcry

(Once per long rest) Releases a piercing wail that forces all creatures within 30 feet to make a Wisdom (DC 16) saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. Those already frightened instead take 2d6 psychic damage.

Phantom Shift

(Reaction) If an enemy lands a melee hit, the wraith can momentarily fade into mist, reducing the damage with 1d6 and teleporting up to 10 feet away.

Shadowed Strike

(Recharge 5-6) The wraith lunges through the darkness, reappearing behind a target and striking them with a spectral blade that drains both hit points and a spell slot (if applicable). Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit. Hit: 2d10 necrotic damage

Withering Thornlash

(Bonus Action) Summons a spectral vine to lash out at a target, the target is grappled on failed Strength saving throw (DC 17) and imposing disadvantage on their next attack.
