Description
The Melville Section of Blüdhaven is a grim and notorious urban district plagued by crime and corruption. With its crumbling infrastructure and oppressive atmosphere, it stands as a testament to the cycles of poverty and despair that trap its residents. Gangs vie for power on the streets, while Nightwing, the city's vigilante protector, battles against the lawlessness and pervasive corruption that infiltrates not only the gangs but also the political and police systems. The Franchetti crime family is dominant in this area.
