The suit is sleek metallic blue, balck and silver with glowing light blue accents, often emitting a cold mist. His head is covered by a transparent, dome-like helmet, revealing a pale, bald visage with piercing ice-blue eyes. He speaks with a detached monotone voice lacking emotion.

Mr. Freeze is a cold, calculating, and methodical individual. His demeanor is stoic, and he rarely shows emotion unless it concerns his wife. He has a tragic sense of morality; while his goals may be noble in his eyes, his disregard for human life often makes him a villain.
backstory
Once a brilliant cryogenicist, Dr. Victor Fries turned to crime following a tragic accident while attempting to cure his terminally ill wife, Nora. The incident left his body unable to survive outside of a subzero environment, driving him to construct his iconic suit. His motivations are often deeply personal, revolving around his desperate attempts to save Nora, though his methods are ruthless and devoid of empathy for others.
