backstory
Anthony Zucco was once a rising power in Gotham’s mob scene, infamous for orchestrating the murder of John and Mary Grayson at Haley’s Circus, which led to the rise of Nightwing. After serving time in prison, he relocated to Blüdhaven, where he reinvented himself as a businessman, using laundered money and underworld connections to establish a foothold in the city’s crime scene. He built a criminal empire involved in smuggling, drugs, and extortion, rivaling the likes of Roland Desmond (Blockbuster).
