Description
Gotham City Hall serves as the bustling administrative center of the city, where government employees toil away managing the intricacies of urban life. The Mayor's office and the council chamber stand as the heart of governance, overseeing the daily affairs and decisions that shape the fate of Gotham. Inside, the building is a hive of activity, echoing with the sounds of bureaucracy and the distant hum of recent events. Money often changes hands here as corruption is a constant problem in Gotham.
