Description
The Gotham Sewage Treatment Plant serves as the central nexus for all underground pathways in Gotham, where a complex labyrinth of interconnected tunnels draws in both the city's waste and its darkest secrets. The echoing sound of dripping water and the pervasive scent of decay create an unsettling atmosphere, one that's often exploited by the city's criminal element for their nefarious activities.
Appearance
A sprawling, dimly lit network of industrial pipes and grates, with dark water flowing through, surrounded by steam and flickering overhead lights that cast eerie shadows on the damp concrete walls.
