Description
This eerie chamber serves as the workshop for the Hatter, where he meticulously designs and tests his mind-control devices. The atmosphere is thick with a sense of madness, as the walls are adorned with a collection of strange machines and electronics. In the center of the room is a unsettling table to strap down test subjects.
Appearance
Dimly lit chamber with buzzing machines and the eerie glow of various screens, cluttered with discarded headgear and blueprints scattered across the tables, with a row of grotesque mannequin heads lining one wall, their vacant eyes watching you.
