Description
The Municipal Landfill serves as a pivotal location for various criminal activities, where the refuse of the city is buried beneath layers of decay. Hidden amidst the towering heaps of garbage are secrets of illegal dumping, the disposal of bodies, and the clandestine storage of dangerous goods, making it a frequent haunt for vigilantes like Nightwing. The area is rife with danger, deception, and the echoes of the city's darkest dealings.
Appearance
An expansive, overgrown landfill under a gloomy sky, with mounds of refuse towering like grotesque mountains, scattered with debris and the remnants of forgotten items, all lit by flickering industrial lights casting eerie shadows.
