Description
Fear Cay is a small, secluded island off the coast of Blüdhaven, known for its grim reputation as a hideout for criminals and shady organizations. The island is enveloped in an aura of danger, often serving as a hub for smuggling and illegal experiments, making it a focal point for the lawlessness that plagues Blüdhaven. Vigilantes like Nightwing frequently confront the threats that emanate from this sinister locale.
