Description

Once a haven for the wealthy elite, the Skirl Rocks Resort & Casino now stands abandoned, a decaying shrine to opulence overshadowed by the crashing waves and jagged cliffs of Blüdhaven. Its weathered facade hints at a glorious past marred by neglect and mystery, while the ghosts of forgotten gamblers and their high-stakes dreams linger in the air.

Appearance

A towering structure of faded neon and weathered stucco looms over the beach, with broken signs buzzing faintly in the salty breeze. Cracked windows and peeling paint reveal a slow rejection by nature as ivy creeps along the edges, while inside, rusting slot machines gather dust amidst a threadbare carpet. The grand ballroom features vaulted ceilings and a warped dance floor, with faded murals and broken chandeliers adding to the atmosphere of decay, while the private beach is cluttered with driftwood, remnants of a bygone era.
