Author's Note: WIP. This is my first attempt at a world so it might not be that good but I'm curious what people think of it so far. I want to create a campaign close to the quest the Fellowship embark upon in The Lord of the Rings trilogy.

backstory
Khamûl, known as the Black Easterling or the second-in-command of the Nazgûl, was one of the nine men who were given Rings of Power by Sauron. He became a Ringwraith and was one of the most feared servants of Sauron during the Third Age. Unlike the Witch-king, Khamûl was not a ruler of a kingdom; his origins trace back to the East, likely from a people of Númenórean descent who lived in the regions of Rhûn.
