Author's Note: WIP. This is my first attempt at a world so it might not be that good but I'm curious what people think of it so far. I want to create a campaign close to the quest the Fellowship embark upon in The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
I eventually want you to be able to choose a character from the members of the fellowship and destroy the Ring by throwing it in mount doom.

Description
Vilya, also known as the Ring of Sapphire, the Blue Ring, or the Ring of Air, is one of the Rings of Power, specifically one of the "Three Rings for the Elven Kings under the sky". When you or a creature you can see within 30 feet is reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can use your reaction to restore them to 1 hit point and stabilize them. This ability recharges at dawn. Additionally, the ring grants a +3 bonus to AC and saving throws.
