Author's Note: WIP. This is my first attempt at a world so it might not be that good but I'm curious what people think of it so far. I want to create a campaign close to the quest the Fellowship embark upon in The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
I eventually want you to be able to choose a character from the members of the fellowship and destroy the Ring by throwing it in mount doom.

Description
Bree-town Hall serves as the heart of the eastern part of town, offering various services like the Clerk of Kinships and a Notary. It is a bustling hub where townsfolk gather for important matters, and where Mayor Graeme Tenderlach can often be found in his office on the first floor.
