Description
A broad category that can apply to many guns, Civilian Firearms are guns generally only used by shady civilian, law enforcement agencies, and even the occasional milita raised against the darkness. The guns are usually either outdated or inferior to normal Military guns like the H-11. Sometimes the weapons are even homemade, produced out of available scrap metal. The Human Controlled Territories usually don't allow civilians to own firearms further into their lands, except on the Darkness border
