Description
The Reserach Base is a base for the third fleet trapped in the Coral Highlands.
Appearance
The Base is filled almost to the brim with books and research equipment, with scholars running around everywhere. up the front, is where the leader of the 3rd fleet sits, watching and managing the whole operation.
