Description

The Oracle is a spectral figure draped in ethereal robes, her sorrowful visage a haunting reminder of the night elf civilization lost to the tides of time. Once a powerful sorceress and priestess of Elune, she roams the ancient ruins of Azsuna, discontent with the arcane practices that enveloped her kin. Her ghostly presence brings an eerie silence, and her mournful wails can chill the hearts of the bravest adventurers. Although bound to the earth by her lingering attachments and sorrow, her ethereal form allows her to bless or curse those who dare to approach her domain.

Life Drain

The Oracle targets one creature she can see within 30 feet of her. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 4d6 necrotic damage, and The Oracle regains hit points equal to the amount of damage dealt.

Necrotic Touch

The Oracle reaches out with her ghostly hand to make a melee spell attack, dealing 3d10 necrotic damage on a hit. On a critical hit, the target also suffers disadvantage on their next saving throw.

Terrifying Wail

The Oracle unleashes a wail filled with sorrow that forces all creatures within 30 feet to make a Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
