Description

Inquisitors are a haunting race of demons bred for the purpose of relentless torture and interrogation, serving the ominous Burning Legion. Originating from the sinister prison world of Niskara, they are known for their merciless efficiency in extracting information from their victims, often leaving behind a trail of suffering. With an insatiable thirst for power and chaos, they traverse multiple realms, and tales of their gruesome practices can be found throughout the multiverse.

Soul Rendering Gaze

The Inquisitor targets one creature it can see within 60 feet. The target must make a DC 16 Charisma saving throw, taking 35 (10d6) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures reduced to 0 hit points by this effect cannot be revived by spells.
