Description

The Wrath of Azhara is a chilling manifestation of vengeance, birthed from the remnants of a devoted servant of Queen Azshara. Created through dark magic from the Tidestone of Golganneth, this fearsome creature embodies both the beauty and terror of the ocean's depths, wielding frost and fury in every attack. Lysande, once a loyal handmaiden, sacrificed herself to become this powerful entity, now driven by an unyielding desire to protect her Queen's legacy at all costs. Her frozen soul is contained within the Frozen Soul Pendant, which amplifies her chilling powers.

Frostbite Strike

The Wrath of Azhara attacks with its icy claws, dealing 3d10 slashing damage plus 2d8 cold damage. Targets must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or have their movement speed halved until the end of their next turn.

Icicle Rain (Recharge 5-6)

The Wrath calls down crashing icicles in a 30-foot radius centered on itself. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d10 piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Icy Grasp

The Wrath can choose one creature within 30 feet. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 4d8 cold damage and is restrained by frost until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, the target takes half damage and is not restrained.
