Despite its reputation as the 'Alliance' bank, it serves all factions. Following the Battle for the Broken Shore, the bank's operation was disrupted when the entire city was transported over Deadwind Pass by a gigantic Blink spell, leaving both citizens and merchants scrambling to recover valuables. The Kirin Tor Guardians have since been stationed to ensure the safety of the bankers and the public as they re-establish normalcy.
