Forever Rise is a hauntingly beautiful area in southern Azsuna, where ethereal ghosts gather to attend an eternal wedding, their spectral forms twirling gracefully in the air. The scenery is both enchanting and melancholic, with the whispers of love echoing gently amidst the sound of crashing waves from the Oceanus Cove below.
