Fallout: Pre War

Deep in the forests of upstate New York, beyond the reach of civilian oversight, lies the Adirondack Exclusion Zone—a region wiped from official maps, protected by automated defense grids, and restricted to only the highest levels of military and corporate authority. Beneath the mountains, hidden within long-abandoned nuclear shelters and classified research facilities, West-Tek, Vault-Tec, and the U.S. military conduct their most secretive experiments. Here, FEV augmentation trials, AI-driven war simulations, and classified Vault-Tec “survival protocols” are tested on hand-selected subjects. The Omega-12 AI Complex, a classified cyberwarfare installation, is rumored to be experimenting with full automation of the U.S. military, while underground bunkers hold the remnants of America’s contingency plans for the day the bombs inevitably fall. No one enters the Exclusion Zone without clearance—because once inside, you don’t leave.
