Fallout: Pre War

Once known as Staten Island, the Franklin Containment Site is now a classified quarantine zone, sealed off from the public and erased from all civilian records. Officially, it is an “environmental hazard site” following a Poseidon Energy reactor failure in 2075, but in reality, the island serves as a West-Tek and U.S. military bioweapons research facility, where genetic modification, virology experiments, and Forced Evolutionary Virus (FEV) trials are conducted on unwilling test subjects. A towering security wall, equipped with automated sentry turrets and surveillance drones, ensures that no one enters—or escapes. Rumors persist of grotesque mutations, human test subjects left to roam the restricted zones, their bodies twisted by failed experiments. All communications from within the facility are heavily classified, and even military personnel refer to it only in whispers.
