Officially, it does not exist—the few who know of it speak in hushed whispers, fearing corporate retribution. Behind reinforced steel walls and AI-encrypted security, scientists conduct human augmentation trials, bioweapon research, and prototype power armor testing under the supervision of Pentagon officials and Vault-Tec liaisons. Rumors suggest that West-Tek has begun integrating AI-driven neural implants, potentially creating cybernetic super-soldiers beyond human control. Deeper still, an abandoned research wing, quarantined under “Extreme Biohazard” status, houses Project TITAN, a failed experiment that left something… still alive. Inside the Blacksite, ethics are secondary to results—because in war, only victory matters.
