Fallout: Pre War

Once Brooklyn’s NYPD Headquarters, the Liberty Enforcer Command Center is now the operational hub for RoboCo’s AI-driven security force. Here, Liberty Enforcers—fully autonomous security droids armed with plasma-based suppression weapons—are programmed, deployed, and controlled. Human police officers have been entirely removed, replaced with robotic enforcers who do not hesitate, do not ask questions, and do not care about due process. Beneath the main command center, classified AI testing chambers run combat scenarios against dissenters, resistance fighters, and flagged individuals—ensuring that when the bombs fall, the new world will be controlled by the perfect enforcers.

The building is a stark, imposing structure of reinforced steel and glass, with holographic displays showcasing the Liberty Enforcers in action. Inside, the atmosphere is sterile and cold, filled with the hum of machinery and the occasional whir of robotic limbs.
