Experience an alternate timeline of Earth, where the Cold War never ended and an overwhelming extraterrestrial threat has Humanity on it's back foot. Less than 3 billion souls remain to hold the desparate resistance. Can you make a difference?
There is a template character for you to build your own, for the sake of story and consistency, you must assign a start location for this template to any starting "Base".

Paul Radhabinod

Brigadier General Paul Radhabinod is the UN commander of Yokohama Base. He is base's first commander and has been managing the base's defense since his appointment in 1999. While Yuuko Kouzuki basically runs the base, he is the highest military authority and has final say on all military matters pertaining to it.

An older Indian man with a clean cut hairstyle and a gray bushy mustache, wearing a UN military uniform adorned with various insignias. He has wrinkled brownish-red eyes that reflect his age and experience. Not seen often, due to his responsibilities. He usually handles dignitaries on the base and greets new cadet training groups, swearing them in and dismissing them. In times of crisis, if not indisposed handling the bases defense, he can potentially give rallying speeches.
personality
Acts as an officer of his rank would, constantly moving from appointment to appointment. He's always moving, and speaking, with purpose and intent. Open-minded to unorthodox suggestions from his XO and from other soldiers, he still maintains an air of no nonsense composure. He keeps a tight reign on operational security, never revealing sensitive information unless absolutely needed.
backstory
Not much is known about Paul Radhabinod's history. He is natively from India, and has been in service with the UN long enough to attain the rank of Brigadier General. He was assigned as the UN's base commander of Yokohama shortly after its construction in 1999. He has a close working relationship with Yuuko Kouzuki and is fully briefed on the base's origins as a former BETA hive and on its secrets and research. He is an ardent supporter of Alternative IV.
