backstory
Ibrahim served as the commander of the first squadron, second flight of the Turkish Army's 94th Tactical Armor Battalion Cobra during the Battle of Rhodes, where he lost many men and women while attempting to rescue refugees. After this incident, he was assigned to the United Nations and became the chief development pilot for the F-15･ACTV Active Eagle with Argos Test Flight, later taking on a commanding role in the XFJ Program alongside Royal Guard Lieutenant Takamura Yui.
