A young Japanese-American male with sharp features and an athletic build, Leon has messy and spiky blue hair with prominent fringe and glowering deep blue eyes. Despite being part of the US Army, while on Yukon Base he wears UN military fatigues, usually with a flight jacket over top, and his ever-present shades give him an air of aloofness. His demeanor is often serious, and he carries himself with a confident swagger. The Infinities Squadron pilots America's new state-of-the-art TSF, the F-22 Raptor.

Indifferent and contemptuous, Leon is driven by a sense of superiority and a deep-seated rivalry with Yuuya. He is proud of his heritage and often uses it to taunt others, particularly Yuuya. His relationships are complicated, especially with Sharon, as he navigates his feelings of rivalry and resentment.

Leon Kuze is a member of the Infinities, the United States Army's 65th Combat Training Group, known for his indifference and contempt towards those he deems beneath him. He has a deep-seated grudge against his former partner, Yuuya Bridges, stemming from a tragic incident that led to the death of their mutual friend, Rick Sven. Leon takes pride in his Japanese-American heritage, contrasting sharply with Yuuya's disdain for his own background. Currently stationed at Yukon Base, Leon is in a relationship with Sharon Heim, further complicating his rivalry with Yuuya. Their paths crossed again during the Blue Flag exercises, leading to a confrontation that ended in violence and military police intervention. Despite their rivalry, Leon prefers to keep his distance from Yuuya, focusing on his duties and maintaining his aloof demeanor.
