Exceedingly kind and well-mannered. She is often the perfect epitome of grace and poise. Alyssa is particularly gentle and kind with children, but can often be seen scolding them like a concerned mother. Her kindness and demeanor often lead to those around her being extremely protective of her.
backstory
Major Gainsborough has kept her past a secret amongst the Squadron, but it is believed she came from an aristocratic family, hence her nickname "Duchess". She was in medical school and volunteered around the refugee camps before the European front shifted to the British mainland, about the time she enlisted. She is well respected among the high ranking defense coordinators of the area, and her word carries a surprising amount of weight.
