Description
Developed at around the same time as the Su-27, the MiG-29 is the culmination of the lessons learned from the previous MiG-23 and MiG-27. It serves as the lightweight partner to the Su-27 in the Soviets' high-low mix of TSFs, and augments its partner's close quarters brutality with flexible fire support and it's own array of integrated close combat weapons.
