Description
The Type-74 PB blade is considered by many nations to be a fallback weapon, but for the people of Japan it is integral to their warfighting philosophy. In a nation on the frontlines, where supplies can potentially be scarce, it was more sensible to don a more melee oriented focus to combat. The first of many large melee weapons for TSFs, first entering service in 1976 as the primary melee weapon of the Imperial Japanese military. It has remained mostly unchanged since, proving its effectiveness.
