Description
The first in a line of 2nd-Gen TSFs designed for greater staying power on the field for longer operational times, and to work alongside the lighter but shorter-ranged MiG-series as part of the Soviets' High-Low Mix of TSF types, the Su-27 was specifically designed around visceral close quarters melee combat. The American Northrock Corperation secretly provided aid in the development of the Su-27, resulting in internal similarities to the F-14, -15, and -16s such as a two-seater type.
