Less than 3 billion souls remain to hold the desparate resistance. Can you make a difference?
There is a template character for you to build your own, for the sake of story and consistency, you must assign a start location for this template to any starting "Base".

Description
Kyoto is one of the largest historical Japanese cities and is the seat of the Shogunate. From here, the Shogun and all the decending clans that serve it, coordinate to work in defense and guidance of the Empire of Japan. The Imperial Japanese Royal Guard largely operate from this area too, their sworn duty to protect and serve the Shogun and the Emperor. Unease has been sweeping through the ranks of the IJA, feeling that Japan has lost it's way and that the current government is nothing but a puppet state of the United States. Sentiments that could have one killed if spoken aloud.
