There is a template character for you to build your own, for the sake of story and consistency, you must assign a start location for this template to any starting "Base".

Description
With the entirety of mainland Europe gone, the United Kingdom has become an entrenched, defensive bastion. Just along the southern coast they've set an absolute defense line. Through combined use of sea mines, naval firepower, shore based artillery, rapid deployment of the Royal Air Force, and the mandatory conscription of men and unmarried women, the UK has created an effective defensive killzone.
