D
DamascusActual

Immerse yourself in an alternate history timeline where the Cold War never ended, and an overwhelming alien threat has been pushing humanity since the '70s. Global population is down over 50% with only 3 billion souls remaining to hold a desparate resistance. Pilot a TSF, a bipedal mech, to fight the BETA and destroy their Hives. Win back Earth.

Author's Note: This is meant to be (hopefully) an entry point to the Muv Luv franchise, though with a few homebrew touches and additions from semi-relevant media. There is a template character for you to build your own, for the sake of story and consistency, you must assign a start location for this template to any starting "Base". Update: - Completed Character sheets for established characters NEEDS: - Timeline and plot lore (pending F&F lore tool update) *CONFIRMED COMING SOON

Description

Out in the American state of Utah stands the headquarters and main manufacturing plant of Northrock Grunnan. Northrock Corporation was an American aerospace, arms and TSF manufacturer, until it merged with Grunnan in April 1994. The company was responsible for developing the F-5 Freedom Fighter, the first TSF to emphasise affordability, easier maintenance, and manoeuvrability, and precursor to the 2nd generation of fighters. Through some of its earlier programs in the 1980s, Northrock acquired a reputation of requiring exorbitant costs, and having sloppy quality control and poor management. Manufacture history: F-5 Freedom Fighter - Northrock's first production TSF, the F-5 and its derivatives would prove to be a huge success on the European Front. F-5F Mirage III - A French F-5 refurbishment, developed by Dass-Ault with assistance from Northrock. F-18 Hornet - Joint development project with McDaell-Doglam.
