There is a template character for you to build your own, for the sake of story and consistency, you must assign a start location for this template to any starting "Base".

Description
The island of Taiwan, having taken in the remains of the Chinese government and its citizens is suffering from overcrowding due to the influx of refugees, even with the extreme conscription practices that come with living on an active war front. Chinese forces almost exclusively use Soviet derived TSFs. They've been undergoing a force wide rearmament to their new J-10s and J-11s (Su-27Cs). Both Taiwan and Chinese forces work with the UN to make raid-style culling attacks into mainland Asia.
