There is a template character for you to build your own, for the sake of story and consistency, you must assign a start location for this template to any starting "Base".

Description
Situated around the southern coasts of the Phillipines, Raven's Nest is the headquarters of the Guppers Paramilitary Group. There are a collection of facilities to include barracks, hangars, and training grounds, and there is a trawler platform just off the sandbar that serves as a communications center.
