Less than 3 billion souls remain to hold the desparate resistance. Can you make a difference?
There is a template character for you to build your own, for the sake of story and consistency, you must assign a start location for this template to any starting "Base".

Description
While most of the UK has evacuated, Manchester, and Liverpool just to the southwest, still stands as a warehousing and manufacturing point withing the UK borders. Housing stockpiles of munitions and TSF parts, as well as limited manufacturing facilities for continued TSF production, mostly the newer 3rd Generation EF-2000s.
