Description
The coastal capital of Ireland, Dublin has a usable naval port, and limited commodeties for soldiers and UN troops. Only a token population remains here, volunteering to maintain the docks and amenity services. This is considered the backline on this particular front of the war, where troops still have an area for liberty, while still being close enough for recall.
