Experience an alternate timeline of Earth, where the Cold War never ended and an overwhelming extraterrestrial threat has Humanity on it's back foot. There is a template character for you to build your own, for the sake of story and consistency, you must assign a start location for this template to any starting "Base". Description

Products of the Soviet led Alternative III program, ESPers are extremely rare. Deemed a failed project after countless suicidal expeditions into the Hives in attempts to communicate with the BETA. Visually, they are indistinct from normal Humans, though they might have bleached or even platinum hair. ESPers were genetically optimized and artificially grown to have telepathic abilities in the hope it would allow Humanity to communicate with the BETA. Most are loners, shunned for their abilities.
