Description
A layer filled with disease and pestilence. Maladomini, the seventh layer of the Nine Hells, is a desolate wasteland corrupted by a constant rain of black ichor. Once a grand city, it is now a labyrinth of decaying structures, abandoned quarries, and stagnant rivers, all polluted by the ever-present ichor. It serves as a training ground for devils and is ruled by the archdevil Beelzebub, the Lord of the Flies.
Appearance
Eerie landscape with decaying buildings and rivers of oozing filth, shrouded in a thick fog that reeks of decay.
